Maple Cinnamon Waffles
A bit of morning magic. Break out the iron, grab your Maple Cinnamon MUSH, and let the waffle party begin.

Ingredients:
2, 5 oz Maple Cinnamon MUSH
2 tablespoons all purpose or oat flour
1 large egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon avocado oil
Directions:
1. Preheat your waffle iron.
2. In a medium bowl, combine MUSH, flour, egg, baking powder, and avocado oil. Stir like you mean it.
3. Spray the heated waffle iron. Spoon ¼ - ⅓ cup batter into the center of the waffle iron. Cook according to manufacturing instructions.
4. Repeat with remaining batter.
5. Enjoy!
MUSH Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients:
2, 5oz containers of PB & J MUSH overnight oats
⅓ cup almond flour
2 tablespoons ground flax
½ cup plain Greek yogurt or non-dairy alternative
Chopped fruit of your choice
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper
3. In a bowl, combine the MUSH, almond flour, and ground flax. Use a spatula to spread onto the prepared tray in an 8-inch circle.
4. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
5. Let cool on the baking tray for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool fully.
6. Once cool, top with the yogurt, and decorate with fruit.
7. Enjoy!
Strawberry MUSH Fro-Yo

Ingredients:
1lb frozen strawberries
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
2, 5oz containers Strawberry MUSH
1 tablespoon honey
Directions:
1. Combine the strawberries, yogurt, MUSH, and honey in a food processor until smooth.
2. Transfer to a container, seal, and freeze until thickened.
3. Enjoy!
