Ingredients:
1 MUSH vanilla oats cup
1 sumo orange, peeled and segmented
1 cup milk (any milk of your choice)
1 tablespoon honey (more or less for your liking)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 cup ice cubes, optional
Coconut yogurt, to line the glass (optional, for serving)
Directions:
1. In a blender, combine the MUSH vanilla oats cup, peeled and segmented sumo orange, milk, honey, vanilla extract, and vanilla protein powder, and ice if using.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy, adjusting sweetness with honey if needed.
3. Pour the smoothie into your yogurt-lined glass, dollop with coconut yogurt, and enjoy!
