PBJ Baked Oats

Ingredients:
1, 5oz container PBJ MUSH
¼ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon ground flax
1 teaspoon peanut butter
3 to 4 raspberries
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
2. Mix together the MUSH, baking powder, and flax.
3. Transfer to a greased ramekin.
4. Top with peanut butter and raspberries.
5. Bake for 22-24 minutes.
6. Enjoy!
Coffee MUSH Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup cold brew
1 medium banana
1, 5oz cup Coffee MUSH
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 pitted medjool date
Directions:
1. Combine the cold brew, banana, MUSH, peanut butter and date in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
Vanilla Bean Parfait

Ingredients:
1 cup of Vanilla Bean MUSH overnight oats
½ cup vegan yogurt
Handful of fresh fruit and berries
Directions:
1. Scoop ¼ cup of yogurt into the bottom of your jar
2. Layer with ½ cup of Vanilla Bean MUSH overnight oats
3. Add fresh fruit and berries on top
4. Repeat all three the layers one more time
