MUSH Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients
:

2, 5oz containers of PB & J MUSH overnight oats
 cup almond flour
2 tablespoons ground flax
½ cup plain Greek yogurt or non-dairy alternative
Chopped fruit of your choice

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F. 
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper
  3. In a bowl, combine the MUSH, almond flour, and ground flax. Use a spatula to spread onto the prepared tray in an 8-inch circle.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Let cool on the baking tray for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool fully.
  6. Once cool, top with the yogurt, and decorate with fruit.
  7. Enjoy!
