Cozy season is right around the corner and we know what’s first on our must bake list. 😍 Full recipe by @noshwithmicah below: PB&J MUSH Banana Bread Makes: 1 large loaf Ingredients: 3 large overripe bananas + 1 to garnish, optional ¼ cup coconut sugar 2 tablespoons avocado oil 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 large egg 2, 5 oz containers PBJ MUSH 2 cups oat flour 1 teaspoon baking soda ½ teaspoon baking powder ¼ teaspoon sea salt Preheat the oven to 350F. Line and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas. Add the coconut sugar, avocado oil, vanilla, egg, and PB&J MUSH, mixing to combine. Add the oat flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix until just combined. Transfer to the prepared loaf pan. Top with the remaining banana Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely on the pan before slicing. Enjoy! ❤️
