We currently fulfill orders Monday through Wednesday of each week. Each order is shipped with a 2 day transit to you. Orders placed Wednesday through Saturday will ship the following Monday.

Overnight oats are different from traditional oatmeal in that they are never cooked. At MUSH, we soak whole rolled oats in almond, coconut, or oat milk. The resulting product is just as easy to digest as traditional oatmeal but is more nutrient dense. We haven't cooked off the vitamins and minerals. No need to heat, just eat!

We encourage you to enjoy your overnight oats cold. It is a refrigerated item with a deliciously creamy texture and outstanding nutritional value.

If you are going to heat it, you will first need to transfer the product into a microwave safe bowl or a pot for the stove, and then you can heat the product in brief increments until it is warmed to your liking.

Each container has a best by date printed on the bottom of the cup. Please enjoy by this date!

We know toddlers and kids of all ages can safely enjoy this product. We recommend you speak with your pediatrician to determine what is the best age to introduce each food to your child.

MUSHkins oatmeal pouches are blended smooth for a delicious, creamy texture. Due to the natural ingredients, there may be possible small pieces of oats or fruit. 

Yes! Our pouches are best consumed cold, however are designed for convenience and can be taken on-the-go. If traveling for longer, the pouches should be carried with an ice pack or in a cooler bag.
