2 teaspoons olive oil, divided
1 large egg
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, grated
1 pinch of red chili flakes
1 pinch of black pepper
⅔ cup Original MUSH overnight oats
1. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a nonstick pan over medium heat. Add the egg, and cook to desired doneness.
2. Top Original MUSH overnight oats with the fried egg.
3. Top the egg with grated parmesan and chili flakes.
4. Drizzle the top with remaining olive oil.
