Maple "Bacon" Breakfast
1 tablespoon coconut bacon or plant-based bacon
1 tablespoon peanut butter
2 teaspoons maple syrup
⅔ cup Original MUSH overnight oats
1. Top Original MUSH overnight oats with your favorite plant-based bacon, a spoonful of peanut butter, and a drizzle of maple syrup.
2. To make your own coconut ‘bacon’: toast 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes with 1 teaspoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon liquid smoke, and 1⁄2 tablespoon maple at 325F for 6 to 8 minutes.
