Pumpkin Pie Baked Oats

Ingredients:
1, 5 oz container MUSH Pumpkin Pie
½ teaspoon ground flax seeds
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon vegan cream cheese (we like Kite Hill)
½ tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon chopped pecans
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease an oven safe, small ramekin.
2. In a small bowl, combine the MUSH Pumpkin Pie, flax seeds, and baking powder. In a separate bowl, combine the vegan cream cheese, maple syrup, and pecans.
3. Layer the MUSH mixture and cream cheese in the ramekin.
4. Bake for 22-25 minutes, or until set.
5. Enjoy!
